Bodegas Mureda is located in La Mancha, one of the regions with a higher wine-producing tradition. It is a young winery that has known how to fusion splendidly tradition and technology for the achievement of outstanding wines.
The winery is designed to produce small as well as big vinifications, having tanks up to 600.000 liters of capacity. The state-of-the-art machinery has been designed to carry out several processes of elaboration which are not aggressive with the grapes.
Bodegas Mureda uses tanks of stainless steel of a great capacity with the right approach to control cold and hot temperatures. It uses the “Pisat System Method” that helps obtain the aromatic and structure of the red wines. The winery has 4 winepresses, machines of fermentation with submerged cap, stainless steel, and temperature control. But outside the winery, they have 18 stainless tanks of storage with their temperature control system. They also have caves at three different levels, where they make the most of the temperature stability and constant humidity and where they keep a huge amount of French oak barrels.
