Since 1993, Fish Brewing Company has been hand-crafting ales of Northwestern proportions. It was founded by crayne and Mary Horton. They had a 15-barrel brewhouse, two 15-barrel fermenters and one dairy tank, they brewed their products into perfection.
In 2000, Fish released their first line of organic beers as they opted to go green in their product line. The award-winning Fish Tale Organic Amber Ale was born and alongside Fish Tale Organic Pale Ale and Fish Tale Organic IPA, they make this line up golden.
Fish Tale Organic Amber Ale is medium-bodied with an amber hue. It’s organic pale, Munich, and crystal malts create a gentle sweet character that is irresistible. The organic Hallertauer hops give a zesty flavor and aroma that balances Organic Amber’s malt profile.
