Organic Jarrah Honey TA35+ is gathered from lush Jarrah forests, just southwest of Perth near the town of Lesley, Western Australia. Flowering just every two years, the cream-coloured Jarrah blossom yields a rich medium to dark amber-coloured honey that is lower in glucose than other honey varieties, with a deep and complex flavor.

Like all of their honey products, our Jarrah Honey has a very high Total Activity rating, making it not only rich in taste but antimicrobial qualities as well.

Organic Karri Honey TA30+ has received a Gold Award in the International Organic Awards 2022, awarded by Organic-Newspaper.com.

Organic Karri Honey TA30+ is exquisite golden honey collected from the flowers of ancient giant Karri tree forests near the country town of Walpole in the far south of Western Australia. The Karri trees are some of the tallest in the world, some even growing to reach a gigantic 90 meters in height. These trees are unique to Western Australia and only flower every 7 – 10  years or so, making them a rare jewel in our honey collection. The honey yielded from these flowers has a Total Activity rating of 30+ and is smooth and rich.

Total Activity is the measurement of the honey’s anti-microbial quality, it’s anti-microbial strength in killing bacteria. Any honey with a TA rating higher than 10+ has beneficial antimicrobial properties. The larger the TA number, the stronger the antimicrobial effect level of the honey.

Benefits of their Active Honey:

  • High levels of peroxide activity provide anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties.
  • High in medicinal and bioactive antioxidants which help fight free radicals and helps skin regenerate new cell.
  • High in fructose and low in glucose which can assist in reducing blood sugar levels and lowering risks of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
  • Highly anti-inflammatory and have elevated levels of Butyric acid both of which promote good stomach health.
  • Pure honey and disease-free because they only produce pure honey from the ancient forests of Western Australia, renowned for its clean environment. With guaranteed no additives, all-natural.
