Their BAR ZERO Dark Chocolate bar is made from 70% cacao organic dark chocolate but sweetened with organic stevia extract instead of cane sugar. It is completely sugar-free and low in calories. They also have Dark Chocolate with Cacao Nibs that contains 55% cacao dark chocolate, but with added cocoa nibs. Cocoa nibs are pieces of roasted cocoa bean. This variant is very mild tasting. The roasted nibs gives texture and a more bitter cocoa note that goes well with the sweeter 55% chocolate.
