The humble Spirit of Hven distillery is located on a Swedish island in the Öresund Strait between Sweden and Denmark. In all of their products, no carbon or chill filtration is used in order to deliver the best possible flavour.
Spirit of Hven Organic Vodka is a unique vodka made from certified organic cereals, which is cask matured before a final pot distillation. This vodka has a round and full mouthfeel with real flavour because of the oak maturation.
It is aged for three years in oak to add flavour, and then redistilled to remove the colour.
This vodka smells of buttery vanilla and dried grass. It has slight minerality and is mouth-coatingly sweet sure to give your after-sip a sweet barley and black pepper finish with 40% alcohol content.
